Meat
Our motor rosters spit over the coals to make sure the entire roast is fully cooked. We can roast meat different ways such as on the spit, as a whole or half. We also grill the half pig, lamb or goat that depends on customer choice.For flavour, we stuffed prunes, apricots/apples and carrots inside the pig, goat and lamb.
