Meat

Our motor rosters spit over the coals to make sure the entire roast is fully cooked. We can roast meat different ways such as on the spit, as a whole or half. We also grill the half pig, lamb or goat that depends on customer choice.For flavour, we stuffed prunes, apricots/apples and carrots inside the pig, goat and lamb.

    Broccoli, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, red onion, pine nuts, bacon bits and raisin.

    4 BEAN SALAD

    Water, green beans, yellow beans, kidney beans, Sugar, Vinegar, chick peas, Onion, Canola Oil, red pepper, Salt, black pepper, Potassium Sorbate

    CAESAR PASTA SALAD

    Water, wheat vegetable rotini, Canola Oil, Carrots, Sugar, Celery, red peppers, Vinegar, Parmesan Cheese, Salt, Garlic Powder, Glucono Delta Lactone, Egg Yolks, lemon juice, white pepper, santhan gum, Sodium Benzoate, Soy Sauce and ascorbic acid.

    CREAMY COLESLAW

    Cabbage, Canola Oil, Sugar, Water, Vinegar, Carrots, Egg Yolks, Salt, mustard seeds, xanthan gum, ascorbic acid, Onion powder, Potassium Sorbate and celery salt.

    CREAMY FINE CUT COLESLAW

    Cabbage, Canola Oil, Sugar, Water, Vinegar, Egg Yolks, Salt, Mustard seeds, xanthan gum, ascorbic acid, Onion, Powder, Potassium Sorbate and celery salt.

    FRENCH HERB

    Water, weat penne, sundried tometo in sunflower oil, red pepper, Vinegar, green onion, lemon juice, Salt, Red Onion, Potassium Sorbate, Basil, Black pepper, rosemary and thyme.
